Mark Barrington is a digital media technology expert and Principal Consultant at Barrington Technology. He is currently with Sinclair Broadcast Group/One Media and focused on engaging and educating the automotive industry on the many applications of ATSC 3.0. Mark is the Chair of the ATSC Planning Team 5 – Automotive Applications.
Previously Mark has held technology management roles in both the broadcast and technology industries, including Disney, Sony, Wind River and ION Media Networks. He has provided management for a host of ATSC 3.0 projects including Univision for the launch of the Phoenix Model Market station and Pearl TV for automotive drive testing. 
Mark started out life in the UK and is a graduate of the University of York where he studied Computer Science, before setting up home in Southern California.

Bob Mackay

Bob Mackay is the Senior Vice President and Market Manager overseeing Audacy’s Austin Media Cluster.  

With 20+ years in media sales management, Mackay has led a successful career of hitting revenue goals and outperforming the market for a variety of Media Companies including Audacy, CBS Radio, Urban One, Cox Communications, iHeart and Emmis.

Mackay’s business philosophy can be defined as living by the motto, “we are better when we work together”.  The goal is creating a working environment that is fun and fair with firm accountability resulting in inspired self motivated employees exceeding their potential.

LTC Rusty Clark

LTC Rusty Clark began his military service in 1997 while a member of Army ROTC at Texas A&M University, where he enlisted into the Texas Army National Guard before commissioning as a 2LT in 1999.  He is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom where he served as an Afghan National Army Advisor.  During his career he served as a Tank Platoon Leader, Scout Platoon Leader, Cavalry Troop Commander, and various staff assignments in a Reconnaissance, Surveillance, and Target Acquisition Cavalry Squadron.  He was an Assistant Professor of Military Science at Prairie View A&M University where he instructed ROTC Cadets.  He served in the 56th IBCT as the Brigade Operations Officer prior to becoming the Executive Officer of the 1-124th Cavalry Squadron.  He was assigned to Recruiting Command in 2017 where he served as a Region Commander followed by the Battalion Executive Officer. He is currently serving as the Commander for TXARNG Recruiting.

LTC Clark lives in Austin and is married to Mrs. Mindy Clark.  They have 2 children, Reese, and Caleigh.

Della Bryant

Della Bryant has been with Malone Media Group for the past 10 years. She currently holds the position of Vice President – Integrated Marketing.  She leads her team to negotiate and develop media strategy that is the most efficient and effective for their clients.

Della is communication and process driven in all aspects of her work.  Her 35+ years in marketing include media sales and management, automotive new car manager and owning of her own agency.  

Della has worked on successful marketing campaigns that have brought clients as much as 50% increase in media delivery. She’s been recognized within Malone Media Group by being given the “Grinder of the Year” award in 2017.

In her spare time, Della enjoys spending time with her family and embracing her new “tiny living” experiment.

Julie Chisum

Julie Chisum is the Chief Marketing Officer for IDEA Auto Group based in Austin, Texas. She manages all things marketing for Toyota of Cedar Park, currently ranked 3rd in new vehicle volume in the nation, and City Limits Subaru, set to open in the fall of 2023. She leads a team of four and is responsible for an annual budget of over $3 million.

Julie earned her bachelor’s degree in human development from Texas Tech University and spent her early professional years as an elementary classroom teacher. In 2000, Julie decided to try something new and embarked on an automotive career, first serving as a sales advisor for a large Toyota dealership in Denver. She quickly realized that the internet and car sales were going to be a game-changing combination and began learning as much as possible. Julie has held the positions of Sales Manager, Internet and BDC Director, Digital Marketing Director, and was a Toyota trainer for many years.

Julie has a passion for research, understanding what customers want, implementing the latest technology, and coaching the next generation of automotive marketing leaders. It has been a dream come true to establish marketing plans for two brand new dealerships and she is looking forwarding to helping IDEA Auto Group grow even more.

Julie is married with two adorable dogs, loves living in Georgetown, Texas, and cooks for her friends and family every chance she gets.

Steve Sandlin

Steve Sandlin is about to begin his 49th year in Texas broadcasting.  A native of Beaumont, Steve resides in Huntsville.  Though semi-retired, he still acts as a consultant and project manager for radio and television stations throughout the state, with emphasis on AM signals and other RF projects.

Steve also remains active as one of TAB’s Alternate Broadcast Inspection Program (ABIP) inspectors covering the southern half of Texas.  Steve has been on the inspection team for eight years.

Steve has been a DJ, Sales Manager, Newsman, Staff Engineer and Chief Engineer of both radio and television stations in Texas and has been involved in everything from management changes to new station construction in a number of markets.

Steve is a founding member of SBE Chapter 99 and holds lifetime certification as a Certified Professional Broadcast Engineer.  He also holds a valid FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License and is a member of Texas Radio Hall of Fame and is proud to have been recognized with an Award of Excellence in 2015 at the TAB Engineers Dinner.

When not working around a transmitter or conducting an ABIP reviews, Steve enjoys spending time with his classic cars.

Amy Villarreal

Amy Villarreal has served as the VP/GM of KEYE-TV Austin – the CBS affiliate – since 2005.

In 2009, they launched a Telemundo affiliate. Sinclair Broadcast Group purchased the stations in 2012 and promoted Villarreal to Associate Group Manager in 2020. As of this year, she oversees stations in Amarillo, Beaumont, Corpus Christi and Abilene – in addition to the Austin stations.

Rep. Todd A. Hunter

Todd A. Hunter was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on August 26, 1953. He attended the University of Kansas (1971-1975) and Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law (1975-1978). Hunter has practiced law since November 1978 in Corpus Christi. Todd and his wife, Alexis Taylor Hunter, have three children: Todd Jr., Michael, and Christina. 

Hunter was originally elected to the House of Representatives in 1988 and served four terms. In 2008, Todd returned to the Texas House as the Representative for District 32 where he currently serves and was re-elected in 2020. 

Rep. Todd Hunter is currently serving his eleventh term as a state representative after running for re-election in 2020. For the 87th Legislative Session, he was appointed as Chairman to the powerful Redistricting Committee. He also serves on State Affairs and International Relations and Economic Development Committee.

Lincoln Stahl is the Managing Partner at Capitol Chevrolet in Austin.

After only two years under his leadership, Capitol Chevrolet has been ranked as one of 50 Dealers of the Year and is a top five volume and net profiting Chevy dealership in the country (out of nearly 3,000 dealerships).

Stahl has been in the industry for almost two decades and had immediate success with a 22% year over year growth in new car volume along and with record setting profit when he first started out.

Being a true leader and making a difference in someone’s career and life gives him as much satisfaction, if not more, than reaching sales goals.

Stahl is always striving to create a community presence by donating and volunteering time to local schools, non-profits, fundraising events and local chamber of commerce events.

In 2021, he started the “Wheelchairs for Warriors” car show in Pearland.

He holds an Engineering degree from Buffalo State College and proudly served in the US Army as an Army Ranger.

Stahl lives in Austin with his wife, Christina (who is a former AE at KHOU-TV Houston) and their three children. 

He spends his free time with his family on their boat enjoying the beautiful Lake Travis.

Mike Weinisch

Mike Weinisch has been with Nielsen for more than 15 years and is currently the Vice President of Local Audience Insights, supporting Local Television clients.

Mike is based in North Caldwell, New Jersey; has two young daughters (Molly and Shea).

He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and is an avid Mets fan.
