  • Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, TX (3001 Kalahari Blvd., Round Rock, Texas 78665)
  • Convention events start on Wed., Aug. 7, and conclude the evening of Thur., Aug. 8
  • Trade Show is open one day on Thur., Aug. 8 from 9 AM-5PM
  • All exhibits, meetings and events will be held at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions (with the exception of the Annual Golf Tournament)

Each 10×10 Exhibit Booth Includes:

  • Carpet, Company Sign, Pipe & Drape
  • 6′ Skirted Table

Exhibitor Agreement


BY REGISTERING AS AN “EXHIBITOR” FOR THE SHOW, EXHIBITOR DOES HERBY ACCEPT AND AGREE TO EXHIBIT RULES AND REGULATIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.

Exhibitor Registration


If you have an exhibit booth or working in a booth, do NOT fill out the Attendee Registration Form.

The MAIN CONTACT will be able to register company representatives in the Exhibitor Portal during the booth reservation process.  They will be able to log back into the Exhibitor Portal anytime leading up to the event to make additions/changes.

Refer to the “Exhibitor Confirmation” email that will be received upon booth reservation and click on “Edit Registration.”

Freeman Decorating


Exhibitors need order all shipping, freight, extra furniture, etc. through Freeman Decorating.

Audio/Visual Services


Each 10×10 booth will come with one (1) 500 Watt/120V electrical drop. 

Any additional power or AV rentals will be ordered directly through Kalahari Resorts & Conventions.

Shipping Information


Remember: Setup does NOT begin until 10 AM on Wed., Aug. 7.

Dock access is from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Preferred shipping vendor is Freeman Decorating.  Exhibitors need to order all shipping, freight, extra furniture, etc. through Freeman Decorating. Please refer to the Freeman Decorating section on this page.

If you choose to ship directly to the hotel or bring your own equipment or use you own carrier, please see below.

  • Using Your Own Carrier?

    All shipments going straight to Kalahari Resorts & Conventions will be accepted and sent to the FedEx Business Center located on the same floor as the Exhibit Hall (Kilimanjaro Ballroom). FedEx will charge fees to accept your shipment and to deliver to your booth.

    Exhibitors shipping direct to show site, need to be coordinated directly with FedEx to obtain payment and schedule any deliveries to the booth ahead of time. Shipping instructions detail how packages should be addressed so that they are able to arrange this.

    NOTE: For anyone that does not schedule delivery with FedEx, or addresses packages without contact info, they have the option to pickup their materials at the FedEx Business Center at the lower level of the Convention Center. Hours are M-F 7:30am-6:00pm and Sat 9:30a-4pm.
  • Bringing in Your Own Equipment (more than a few boxes)?

    Access to the loading dock will ONLY be from 10 AM to 5 PM. You won’t be able to get in earlier or later than those times.  See directions to Loading Dock.
  • Just a Few Boxes and a Pop-Up Sign or Two?

    If you just have a couple of boxes you can carry your items in directly to the Exhibit Hall. We recommend parking in the lots closest to the Convention Center. You will NOT be able to use the bellhop to have packages delivered from valet to your booth. The bellhop will decline the request.

Trade Show Promo Code


PROMO CODES WILL BE DISTRIBUTED IN MAY 2024!

Exhibitors receive a promo code to send to potential clients.  The promo code will allow clients to attend the Trade Show (Thursday, Aug. 8, 9 AM-5 PM) for FREE.  

Promo Codes are emailed to the MAIN CONTACT.

Bag Stuffers


Exhibitors are welcome to send promotional items (flyers, brochures, pens, notepads, etc.) to insert in the TAB convention bags.  No additional cost to provide bag stuffers.
