Housing / Hotel Rooms

• TABShow Host hotel is Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, TX .
• *Please make all reservations directly on the Kalahari website here.  Hotel Room Block opens in May 2024.
• The Texas Association of Broadcasters is NOT affiliated with any other agency claiming to offer hotel rooms, and you put yourself at financial risk if you do business with them.

Note: If you provide your credit card information to any of these unauthorized vendors, your card may be charged but you may not be able to cancel your reservation, or you may not have a reservation when you arrive at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, TX.

Attendee Lists

• TAB and our online registration provider (Streampoint Solutions) are the only entities with access to registrant/attendee contact information.
• We DO NOT sell any “official” or “verified” attendee lists.
• Don’t be tricked into paying for this information!  If you have been contacted by a scammer, you can report it to the FTC or FCC.
• Please email us directly if you ever have a question or concern.
