Pat Moore is the President of Broadcast Construction Solutions.

He began his career in the tower industry in 1976 and has since played a vital role in every facet of tower construction, maintenance, and safety.

Early in his career, he co-founded a tower company that became a leader in the industry, known for building and maintaining some of the tallest man-made structures in the world. That company later merged with SpectraSite, forming one of the largest tower erection and maintenance teams in the industry’s history.

A driving force during the digital television transition of 2000, Pat successfully managed large-scale, complex projects that set new benchmarks for the broadcast sector.

He is a founding member of the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE) and an original member of its Safety and Education Committee.

Pat helped lead the development of the ANSI/ASSP A10.48-2016 Safety Standard and he was honored with NATE’s “Distinguished Service Award” and the “Bill Carlson Lifetime Service Award” for his lasting contributions to the industry.

In addition to serving on the National Wireless Safety Alliance (NWSA) Board of Governors, Pat has been a long-standing member of the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), where he has remained active for more than 28 years.

Pat’s  commitment to safety and professional standards is further demonstrated by his involvement with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Steel Erection Negotiated Rulemaking Advisory Committee (SENRAC), where he served from 1994 to 1997. He also contributed to the ANSI TR14.7 Committee for Tower Design and participated in the Safety Facilities Task Group.

Throughout his career, Pat has maintained active memberships in the National Society of Broadcast Engineers, the Texas Association of Broadcasters, and the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), formerly known as the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).

Pat’s leadership and lifelong dedication continue to shape the communications infrastructure industry and promote the highest standards of safety and excellence.
