Brad Moran was born into a broadcasting family and started as a radio station janitor at the age of 11!

At 15 he became a DJ and later graduated from Texas Tech (BBA ’82). That same year Ramar Communications constructed its first TV station and over the next 40 years constructed and operated nine more TV stations in Texas New Mexico and Colorado.  

Currently, as the President of Ramar Communications,  Moran operates 9 radio stations in Lubbock where he resides with his wife Carla while their two daughters Ava and Ella attend the University of Texas.

Christina Jovanna Olivarez is a three-time award-winning Social Media & Business Coach, Community Builder, Trainer, and TEDx Speaker. Erin Wilde

Erin Wilde is a 25 year radio veteran who got the bug hosting a TV & Radio show at her High School and went on to earn her degree in Radio and Television broadcasting from Brown Institute of Broadcasting.

Upon graduation she began her career in Rapid City, South Dakota doing morning radio, then on to Denver, Colorado and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.   From there, Erin eventually landed in Fort Worth, Texas, where she has been for the last decade as the Midday host on 92.1 Hank FM and afternoon host on KHits 95.5.

Erin is also currently the imaging voice of radio stations across the nation, the voice of a syndicated show, “Power Country”, TV, Host of “After Dark” on Fort Worth Today TV,  a lifestyle resource show, Anchor for “PKYTV” on Amazon Prime and a Professor for Brown Institute’s “In the Field Training” program.

Erin’s self-professed proudest moment is her son, Trey, who was born into the Radio world and has chosen the same career path.  Trey is currently the Program Director and afternoon host at KSTV in Stephenville, Texas.

Andy Meadows

Texas based radio consultant and author Andy Meadows has been in radio for literally his entire life. He grew up in a small market radio station his family owned in the Texas Hill Country. Later Meadows spent sixteen years at LKCM Radio Group in DFW, the final thirteen as the group’s Operations Director and Digital Director growing some of the highest digital stats in the country.

In 2019 he left LKCM Radio to start his own consulting company with the goal of helping groups transition into the digital age of radio. Today Andy is the President and Founder of Radio Station Consultants and Playlist FM, and he consults radio stations across the country on programming, digital, operations and sales.

Plus, in May of 2022, Andy partnered with Radio Resources to head up their new consulting division, giving him access to resources that allow him to help every department within a radio station.

He’s published two radio eBooks, “From Broadcast to Podcast: Applying Radio Rules to Podcasting” and “7 Habits of High Performing Radio Personalities.” Recently, veteran programming consultant Tracy Johnson called Meadows “One of the industry’s best teachers.” Andy also publishes a weekly free blog on his consulting website www.radiostationconsultant.com that’s read by thousands of radio professionals and hosts Radio Station Consultant the Podcast.
