This practical, hands-on session is designed to provide broadcasters a clear understanding of how to deploy, configure, and effectively use SNMP within radio, television, and media network environments.

From initial setup and device configuration to understanding Management Information Bases, Object Identifiers, traps, polling, and alarm generation, attendees will learn key concepts and workflows needed to build reliable monitoring and alerting systems for broadcast operations.

The session will also explore real-world applications including transmitter monitoring, network infrastructure supervision, environmental alarms, remote site management, and integration with modern broadcast control and monitoring platforms.
