Jason Raddin is Director of Broadcast Operations for Gray Media, with more than 20 years of experience in broadcast production, operations, and technology.
In his role at Gray, he partners with stations across the country on studio upgrades, production workflows, and emerging tools that help local teams move past technical roadblocks and do what they do best: telling engaging, impactful stories.
Jason’s broadcast career began at KWTX-TV in Waco while earning his Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Baylor University. He served as a newscast director, expanded into new media, and later became the station’s Operations Manager before joining Gray’s corporate technology team in 2019. During his years at KWTX, he helped craft and direct award-winning newscasts and programming, earning a Lone Star Emmy nomination and two Telly Awards along the way.
His areas of focus include studio technology, live production, automation, IP media workflows, and emerging broadcast tools. Jason has a particular passion for taking complex technology and translating it into practical systems that work well for real production teams and newsrooms.
